Manufactured from steel and clear passivated (CR3), these washers conform to BS 4320B / DIN 125-B and feature a wider outer diameter than Form A washers for improved load spreading.

Description
Zinc Form B washers are commonly used to spread load under a bolt or nut during clamping and spacing applications. Their wider outer diameter allows pressure to be distributed across a larger surface area, helping to protect the base material and create a more secure fixing.
Manufactured from steel and finished with a clear passivated zinc coating (CR3), these washers provide basic corrosion protection suitable for clean, dry and low humidity environments.
Form B washers are thinner than Form A washers but have a larger outside diameter. Because of this design, they are often chosen where improved load distribution or coverage is required.
These washers conform to BS 4320B, which is equivalent to DIN 125-B. They are commonly used in construction, engineering assemblies, machinery installations and general fastening applications.
