Description
Ziel-Plast 60mm Plastic Insulation Washers are designed for fixing the outer layer of thermal insulation to substrates like timber, OSB board, or sheet metal. When used with a suitable screw, they provide a reliable, high-strength fixing for both residential and commercial insulation work.
Made from impact-resistant rigid polypropylene (PP), these washers are built to last and perform under pressure. The large surface area offers better retention on softer insulation materials, preventing pull-through or surface damage.
They can be surface mounted or recessed using a 67mm cutter and styrofoam discs, and are fully compatible with the Ziel-Plast TDW110 fixing washer. Each washer also includes a masking plug, helping to eliminate thermal bridging while delivering a neat, clean finish.
