Description
The TIMLOC Roll Out Dry Fix Ridge Kit in black (54700) is a complete 6m mechanical fixing system for ridge tile installation. Designed for use with slate, clay or concrete ridge tiles, it’s suitable for both new build and re-roofing projects. This roll-out kit offers a faster, cleaner, and safer alternative to traditional mortar bedding.
The system delivers continuous 5mm ridge ventilation (5000mm²/m) and helps meet both BS5534 (slating and tiling) and BS5250 (condensation control) requirements. Preassembled for quick application, the kit includes fixing screws, clamping plates, adjustable ridge unions, and a universal batten strap, offering flexibility and long-lasting performance.
