Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3.30pm to UK mainland postcodes on a next working day service. Some or all items in your order may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, all direct shipments are processed on next day services with our supplier’s respective courier partners. Please note: This applies to postcodes on the UK mainland that do not require local third-party courier companies for delivery to hard-to-reach areas.

Orders under £60 inc VAT are charged at £7.99.

Next day delivery service can not guaranteed and some deliveries may fall into the following day.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

The courier will make two delivery attempts before either returning the goods to us or to their depot for collection. If the items are returned to us, a £5.95 fee will be charged for redelivery. Please note that we incur charges from the courier whether the delivery is successful or not.

Remote Areas:

We aim to deliver to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and Rep of Ireland in 1-5 working days.

Returns

Inspection and Notification:

Upon delivery, please inspect your goods thoroughly. If there are any issues, notify us within 72 hours of signing for the goods. You can contact us via the contact form or by emailing us at sales@fastfixingsonline.com with any requests to return the goods.

Return Costs:

· If the item is not faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the items.· In case of withdrawal, you will also bear the full cost of returning the goods.· All returned items must be adequately packed for protection and should be in the same packaging and condition as when dispatched.

Proof of Postage:

When returning an item, we strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage from the courier or post office. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Inspection and Refund:

Once we have received the items, we will inspect them and issue the appropriate refund or exchange.

Individual Case Handling: All returns are dealt with individually:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please let us know, and then return the goods to us within another 14 days. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the items in their original, unopened packaging, we will process your refund within 14 days.If the item was ordered incorrectly, we will charge the return costs.If the error is on our part, we will cover the return costs.
