This external render stop galvanised works with traditional 2-coat and 3-coat wet plaster and render systems. It delivers a clean, professional finish at termination points and reinforces vulnerable edges. However, galvanised steel suits sheltered external areas only, where exposure to moisture remains limited. For this reason, stainless steel or uPVC alternatives should be selected for exposed or coastal locations.
