Description
TIMCO Carcass Screws are designed specifically for the construction and assembly of furniture carcasses and internal joinery applications. They’re commonly used in cabinet making and fitted furniture where accuracy, consistency and a clean finish are required.
Finished with a black phosphate coating, these screws are intended for use in clean, dry and low humidity environments. They’re suitable for fixing into softwood substrates and are not designed for exterior or moisture-exposed applications.
The countersunk head allows the screw to sit flush with the surface for a neat finish, while the single coarse thread provides reliable holding strength in softwood during assembly. The Pozi drive allows for positive drive engagement and controlled installation.
These carcass screws are supplied in bulk packs, making them suitable for workshop use, bench-built assemblies and volume furniture production.
