A 25° sharp point ensures fast pick-up and improved thread acceptance, while the 40° deep single thread delivers secure fixing with good pull-out resistance. From 25mm and above, a single slash point helps reduce driving torque and minimise timber splitting when fixing close to edges.

The double countersunk head assists smooth countersinking and helps reduce the likelihood of head shear, allowing the screw to sit cleanly and flush in the material surface.

Finished with a black passivated coating over a zinc base, these screws offer enhanced corrosion resistance and are tested to withstand over 1,000 hours salt spray. This makes them particularly suitable for use alongside black ironmongery and fittings where a discreet finish is required.
