This Fire Door Intumescent Acrylic Sealant – White is a fire-rated, halogen-free sealant designed to swell at temperatures over 125°C, forming a char layer that effectively restricts the spread of smoke and fire. Formulated for professional use, it offers certified fire resistance up to 120 minutes (BS EN 1634-1 & BS 476 Part 20/22) and is Certifire Approved CF5840.

Ideal for sealing around fire doors, cladding, partition walls, and service penetrations, it’s easy to apply, flexible up to 12.5%, and can be painted over with most paints for a seamless finish. This acoustic and intumescent acrylic sealant bonds to a wide range of substrates without cracking or hardening, making it perfect for long-lasting fire protection in both domestic and commercial buildings.
