Description
The Timco Intumescent Fire Only Seals – 15 x 4 x 1050mm – Brown – Door Pack contains 5 pre-cut lengths to fully seal a 30 or 60-minute fire-rated door. Designed for fire-only doors, this pack does not include a brush seal.
These mineral-based intumescent strips expand rapidly in all directions when exposed to heat, effectively sealing door edges to help slow the spread of fire. They are safe to handle, containing no fibres or harmful chemicals, and are resistant to moisture, humidity, atmospheric pollutants, and typical household substances.
Each strip is backed with strong self-adhesive tape for fast and easy installation. The material has been laboratory ageing tested to 100 years, ensuring long-lasting performance in both residential and commercial fire door setups.
