Stainless steel penny repair washers feature a large outer diameter designed to spread the clamping load of bolts and screws across a wider surface area. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel and conforming to DIN 9054, they provide excellent corrosion resistance and are ideal for outdoor applications and environments where moisture may be present.

Description
Stainless steel penny repair washers are designed with a larger outer diameter than standard washers, allowing the clamping load of a bolt or screw to be spread across a wider surface area. This helps prevent pull-through and provides additional support when fixing into softer or thinner materials.
Often referred to as mudguard washers, penny washers are commonly used when repairing oversized holes, reinforcing thin sheet materials or packing out fixings where extra spacing is required.
A2 Stainless Steel Construction
Manufactured from A2 stainless steel and conforming to DIN 9054, these washers offer excellent corrosion resistance. They are suitable for outdoor environments and locations where moisture or corrosive materials may be present.
