Description
Timco White Rainwater Screws are specialist fixings designed specifically for the installation of PVCu rainwater systems, including gutter brackets and downpipe clips.
Featuring a low profile pan head, these screws are designed to sit neatly against plastic fittings without causing damage or distortion, helping maintain correct alignment of the rainwater system.
A 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with good pull-out resistance, while a single slash point (25mm and above) helps reduce driving torque and minimise splitting when fixing close to edges. This makes installation quicker and more controlled.
Finished in white to blend in with common PVCu rainwater components, these screws offer a tidy, discreet appearance on visible installations.
The corrosion-resistant coating is tested to withstand up to 1,000 hours salt spray, making these screws suitable for exterior use and long-term exposure to the elements.
When fixing into masonry, these screws should be used with a suitable wall plug, such as a red (5.5mm) or brown (7mm) plug, depending on the substrate.
