Description
The Timco Solo Wood Screws Mixed Pack provides a practical selection of commonly used screw sizes for general fixing applications. With 1400 screws included, this pack is ideal for keeping in a van, workshop or toolbox where a range of sizes is required for everyday jobs.
Solo wood screws feature a deep single thread designed for strong holding power in softwood, hardwood and man-made boards such as MDF and chipboard. They can also be used for masonry fixing when installed with a suitable plastic wall plug.
Key Features
- Double countersunk head reduces the risk of head shear and improves countersinking
- Wax lubrication helps improve driving speed and reduces insertion torque
- 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing and high pull-out resistance
- 25° sharp point allows a fast start and improved thread engagement
All screw sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded. Screws longer than 80mm feature a 70mm thread length, helping pull materials together effectively during installation.
