Description
Timco Solo Chipboard & Woodscrews are reliable, high-performance fixings designed for everyday use across the construction, carpentry, and joinery trades. Ideal for use in natural timber, chipboard, MDF, and man-made boards, they’re also suitable for fixing into masonry using plastic plugs.
Featuring a PZ (Pozidriv) double countersunk head, these screws reduce the risk of head shear and allow for a clean, flush finish. The wax lubrication improves drive speed, lowers insertion torque, and adds corrosion resistance, while the 40° deep single thread ensures a secure hold and high pull-out resistance. A 25° sharp point with single lead guarantees fast start-up and excellent thread acceptance. Screws up to 75mm are fully threaded, with longer screws featuring a 70mm thread for added grip.
