Description
Solo Zinc Pan Head Woodscrews are an economic, single thread woodscrew designed to deliver consistent and reliable performance across common trade fixing tasks. Finished with a bright zinc plating, they are intended for internal and dry environment applications where dependable fixing and value are key.
These square drive (SQ) pan head woodscrews are suitable for use in softwood, hardwood, chipboard, MDF and other man-made boards. They can also be used for masonry fixing when installed with a suitable plastic wall plug, making them a practical choice for general site work, maintenance and second-fix applications.
The pan head design provides increased surface contact for improved clamping, while the single thread offers secure fixing and good pull-out resistance in low-density substrates. Wax lubrication improves insertion speed and reduces driving torque for smoother installation.
All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded. Lengths of 80mm and above are partially threaded with a 70mm thread length, making longer screws suitable where draw-up is required.
