Description
Hot dipped galvanised square plate washers are designed to provide a large surface area under the bolt head or nut, helping spread the clamping load across a wider section of material. This helps reduce the risk of pull-through and improves load distribution in structural fixing applications.
The square shape provides greater surface coverage compared with standard round washers, making square plate washers particularly useful in timber construction, steelwork and heavy-duty bolted connections.
Hot Dipped Galvanised Finish
These washers are hot dipped galvanised, creating a thick zinc coating that helps protect the steel from corrosion. This finish makes them suitable for outdoor environments and structural applications where durability is important.
