TIMLOC Airbrick – Plastic – Grey – 1201ABGR – 215mm x 69mm x 60mm

These plastic airbricks are designed to provide effective ventilation to suspended ground floors and internal spaces, when used in conjunction with underfloor vent systems or cavity sleeves. They’re suitable for installation through external masonry walls and are commonly used as part of a complete underfloor ventilation setup.

Designed for trade use, the airbrick features a unique stepped front grille that promotes unobstructed airflow while helping to reduce the ingress of wind-driven rain. The grille openings comply with British Gas requirements, making the unit suitable for use on regulated projects.

Each airbrick provides an equivalent airflow area of 6170mm², with the equivalent area clearly marked on the front face to comply with BS EN 13141-1:2004. Integral clip features allow multiple airbricks to be stacked together to form larger formats, such as 9″ x 6″ and 9″ x 9″, where required.

Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, these airbricks are tough, durable and resistant to decay, making them suitable for long-term external use. They’re available in a range of colours to help blend in with surrounding brickwork.

For correct performance, airbricks should always be used with a compatible Timloc telescopic underfloor ventilator or cavity sleeve, depending on the application.
