Description
Keep your tools secure on the move with the Armorgard TuffBank TB1 Van Box. This is the smallest model in the TuffBank range; however, it still delivers outstanding protection for tools in vans and commercial vehicles.
Security always comes first. The TB1 combines Armorgard’s patent-pending IntaLokt locking mechanism with 5-lever deadlocks and both internal and external anti-jemmy systems. As a result, it offers advanced resistance against theft. In addition, Sold Secure and Secured by Design accreditations confirm that your kit remains safe and reliable.
Durability is built into every detail. The TB1 is made from 2/3mm powder-coated steel, so it withstands years of demanding use. Moreover, the replaceable lid improves sustainability because it extends the life of the box instead of requiring a complete replacement.
Practical features also make this van box easy to handle. For example, hydraulic gas struts allow the lid to open smoothly, while the SlamStop lid stay reduces the risk of trapped fingers. Two fully welded carry handles give better grip, and you can also mount the box to the floor for greater security.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
