Description
The Timco bolt down post shoe 150 x 150mm provides a strong and practical solution for securing large timber posts onto existing concrete or solid surfaces.
Designed for 150 x 150mm posts, these bolt down fence post shoes fix directly onto concrete bases, patios, or masonry. As a result, they are ideal for pergolas, car ports, and heavy-duty garden structures where strength and stability are essential.
The bolt secure design uses 2 x 8mm carriage bolts to clamp the post firmly in place. This creates a tight hold while also allowing for slight variations in post size. In addition, you can remove or replace the post later if required.
The base plate provides a stable fixing surface, helping to reduce movement and improve long-term performance. As a result, the installation remains secure even under load.
This design also keeps the timber post raised above ground level. Therefore, it reduces the risk of rot, moisture damage, and decay over time.
Finished in oxide red powder coating (RAL 8015), these bolt down post shoes provide medium corrosion protection and blend well with timber structures. Furthermore, you can paint them over to match surrounding finishes if required.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements.
