The TB Davies INSUL8-P Fibreglass Professional Platform Step – 5 Tread is a heavy-duty professional stepladder with non-conductive fibreglass stiles, reinforced aluminium treads and a sturdy checker-plate platform.
With a platform height of 1.30m and an approximate working height of 3.05m, this 5 tread model provides useful additional reach for trade and maintenance tasks. It meets EN131 Professional requirements, supports a maximum load of 150kg and comes with a 3-year warranty.

Description
The TB Davies INSUL8-P Fibreglass Professional Platform Step – 5 Tread is a heavy-duty stepladder designed for demanding professional use. In particular, its non-conductive fibreglass stiles make it ideal for working around electricity. Super-strong C-section fibreglass stiles provide excellent durability. Meanwhile, reinforced aluminium treads keep the step strong without adding unnecessary weight.
A reinforced 320 x 248mm checker-plate platform provides a sturdy working position at height. In addition, comfortable 80mm deep treads provide secure footing while climbing. Hinged metal locking stays improve stability when the step is open. Large angled feet also maximise ground contact and help reduce slipping.
The 5 tread model has a platform height of 1.30m and an approximate working height of 3.05m. Therefore, it provides useful additional reach for a wide range of trade and maintenance tasks. At 10.2kg, the step remains practical to handle and move between jobs. Furthermore, it meets EN131 Professional requirements, supports a maximum load of 150kg and comes with a 3-year warranty.

* Where applicable, approximate working height is calculated as 1.75m (5’8″) plus the platform height or last climbing tread, whichever is appropriate. Ladders are set at an angle of approximately 75°.

All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95.
