Description
Timco Black Rainwater Screws are purpose-designed fixings for securing brackets and clips during the installation of PVCu rainwater systems, including gutters and downpipes.
The low profile pan head design allows the screw to sit cleanly against plastic fittings without interfering with their shape or performance, ensuring a secure and professional finish.
A 40° deep single thread delivers reliable holding power, while a single slash point (25mm and above) helps reduce driving torque and the likelihood of splitting when fixing close to edges.
Finished in black to match common guttering and downpipe systems, these screws provide a neat, unobtrusive appearance on external installations.
The corrosion-resistant coating is tested to withstand up to 1,000 hours salt spray, making these screws suitable for exterior use and exposure to weather conditions.
When fixing into masonry, a suitable wall plug should be used, such as a red (5.5mm) or brown (7mm) plug, depending on the application and substrate.
