Description

Timco C2 Strong-Fix screws are high-quality woodscrews developed for demanding timber applications where strength, control and consistency are essential.

Designed for professional use, C2 Strong-Fix screws offer improved drive performance and holding power compared to general-purpose woodscrews, making them well suited to load-bearing and structural timber fixing.

A deep Pozi drive recess helps reduce cam-out and provides positive control during installation, while ribs under the head improve countersinking for a clean, flush finish and help minimise timber splitting.

Each screw is coated with a high-molecular polymer lubricant, reducing insertion torque and allowing faster driving with less strain on tools. The coating also provides significantly increased corrosion resistance compared to standard zinc plating.

A dual-angle thread delivers excellent pull-out resistance and secure fixing across a wide range of timber densities. Timco’s Twin-Cut thread design improves pick-up, helps reduce splitting and supports faster, more controlled installation.

All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded. Lengths 80mm and above are partially threaded with an optimised thread length to balance drive speed and fixing strength in thicker timbers.

C2 Strong-Fix screws are commonly used for decking, fencing, joists, timber framing and general structural timber construction where a reliable, high-strength fixing is required.

Delivery & Returns

All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.

Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.

Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.

For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.

Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements. Different provisions apply to business customers and to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.

Should you require any assistance, please email us at sales@fastfixingsonline.com, call us on 07920 120644, or complete our contact form. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
