Description

These Timco fine thread plasterboard screws are designed for fixing plasterboard to metal stud framing (up to 0.6mm thick) in drylining systems. The 60° twin-thread offers fast insertion speed and strong pull-out resistance, while the bugle head ensures a flush, clean finish without damaging the board surface.

The 25° super sharp point provides fast penetration into light steel, and the PH2 recess allows for a secure, controlled drive with reduced cam-out. Finished in black phosphate for corrosion protection and rated A1 for fire safety.

Features:

  • Fine thread – ideal for metal studs up to 0.6mm
  • 60° twin-thread – fast drive and strong hold
  • Bugle head – reduces risk of damaging the board
  • Super sharp 25° point – easy penetration
  • Black phosphate coating for corrosion resistance
  • PH2 Phillips drive – positive and controlled
  • Fire Classification: A1
  • Typical Applications:
  • Fixing plasterboard to metal track systems
  • Internal partitioning and ceiling frameworks

Delivery & Returns

All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.

Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.

Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.

For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.

Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements. Different provisions apply to business customers and to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.

Should you require any assistance, please email us at sales@fastfixingsonline.com, call us on 07920 120644, or complete our contact form. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
