Description

These Timco self-drilling plasterboard screws are designed for securing plasterboard to metal track systems up to 2.0mm thick, offering a fast and reliable fixing without the need for pre-drilling.

The No.2 drill point delivers superior penetration into thicker gauge steel, while the bugle head helps prevent damage to the board surface during installation. The zinc coating provides smooth driving and light corrosion resistance, making them ideal for drylining in both residential and commercial settings. Fire classification A1 for added safety.

Features:

  • Self-drilling No.2 point – ideal for thicker steel (up to 2.0mm)
  • Bugle head – clean, flush finish with minimal board damage
  • Zinc coating – smooth drive and corrosion resistance
  • PH2 Phillips drive – secure grip and fast installation
  • Fire classification: A1

Typical Applications:

  • Fixing plasterboard to metal ceiling and wall track
  • Use with steel framing up to 2.0mm thick
  • Suitable for fire-rated and high-spec drylining jobs

Delivery & Returns

All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.

Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.

Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.

For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.

Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements. Different provisions apply to business customers and to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.

Should you require any assistance, please email us at sales@fastfixingsonline.com, call us on 07920 120644, or complete our contact form. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
