Description
External composite panel screws are designed for fixing composite and sandwich panels to light section steel up to 5mm. The self-drilling No.3 point allows for quick installation without pre-drilling, while the hex head ensures strong drive and consistent fixing.
In addition, the dual 60° self-tapping thread improves grip into steel and delivers a cleaner, more secure fixing and supports a secure hold across cladding and panel systems. These external composite panel screws includes an EPDM washer, which helps form a tight seal against the panel surface and reduces the risk of water ingress.
Moreover, the exterior coating delivers dependable corrosion resistance, making these screws suitable for general outdoor use. With a corrosion rating of 3, they perform well in urban and industrial environments with low salt exposure.
