Description
Timco Metal Insulation Discs – Galvanised – 50mm are designed to provide a larger surface area when fixing insulation materials to timber or masonry.
The 50mm diameter disc helps spread the fixing load over a wider area of the insulation. This provides additional support around the fixing point and helps hold the insulation material securely in position.
Installation is quick and straightforward. Simply slide the metal insulation disc over a 6mm screw before driving the fixing into the timber or masonry substrate.
The discs feature a galvanised finish and have a corrosion rating of 1. Therefore, they are suitable for use in clean, dry and low-humidity environments.
Practical and easy to use, Metal Insulation Discs are ideal for insulation fixing applications where a standard screw head alone does not provide sufficient surface coverage.
