Description
The Timco Multi-Fix Masonry Bolts – Hex – Exterior – Silver 12.0 x 100mm (Box of 25) are a stress-free, non-expansion through fixing, designed as a modern alternative to traditional expansion anchors such as throughbolts, shields, sleeves, and drop-in anchors.
Engineered for heavy-duty anchoring into concrete, brick, stone, wood, and concrete block, these bolts provide exceptional performance without the risk of expansion stresses damaging the substrate. The High-Low parallel threads ensure easy insertion and excellent pull-out values, while the unique concave thread design improves grip and stability.
Finished with TIMCO micro plating technology, these bolts benefit from superior corrosion resistance and faster installation speeds. They are also removable and adjustable, making them versatile for a wide range of applications.
As an all-steel, non-flammable fixing, they conform to BS 7671 18th Edition requirements, ensuring compliance for wiring systems that must be supported by materials unlikely to prematurely collapse in the event of fire.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements. Different provisions apply to business customers and to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.
Should you require any assistance, please email us at sales@fastfixingsonline.com, call us on 07920 120644, or complete our contact form. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
