Description
Cement board screws for timber are designed to fix fibre cement profile sheets directly to timber structures. The slash point allows the screw to cut cleanly into wood, so installation is quick and controlled. As a result, they are ideal for roofing and cladding where a secure fixing is required.
Each screw includes a 25mm BAZ washer with a stainless steel backing and EPDM rubber seal. As you tighten the screw, the washer compresses and creates a watertight seal. This helps prevent leaks and protects the fixing point from moisture. In addition, the exterior coating provides strong corrosion resistance, tested to over 500 hours of salt spray.
Cement board screws for timber also feature reaming wings beneath the head. These wings enlarge the hole in the sheet during installation, allowing natural expansion and reducing the risk of cracking or damage. Because of this, they are commonly used for securing Big 6 roofing sheets and other external applications.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
