Description
Timco heavy section self-drilling screws with EPDM washer are built for fastening metal into heavy section steel up to 12mm thick without the need to pre-drill. The hardened self-drilling point cuts through steel quickly, helping speed up installation on site and reduce extra work.
These screws are fitted with a hex head for secure driving and improved torque transfer, making them a dependable choice for steel construction, metal framework and general metal-to-metal fixing. The bright zinc finish is suited to internal and dry environments where a cost-effective fixing is required.
The EPDM washer provides an added sealing function, making these screws a practical option where a more weather-resistant fixing is needed around the point of entry. This makes them well suited to sheeted applications and projects where a tighter seal is beneficial.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
