Description
Bi-metal composite panel screws are designed for fixing composite and sandwich panels to light section steel up to 5mm. The self-drilling No.3 point allows for efficient installation without pre-drilling, while the hex head ensures strong drive and consistent fixing.
In addition, the dual 60° self-tapping thread improves grip into steel and delivers a cleaner, more secure fixing across cladding systems. Each screw is supplied with an EPDM washer, which forms a tight seal against the panel surface and helps reduce the risk of water ingress.
Unlike standard coated screws, these bi-metal composite panel screws combine an A2-304 stainless steel body with a hardened carbon steel drill tip. As a result, they offer enhanced corrosion resistance while maintaining strong drilling performance. With a corrosion rating of 4, they are well suited to urban and industrial environments with moderate salt exposure.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements.
