Description
Timco composite panel screws exterior are designed for fixing composite and sandwich panels to light section steel up to 5mm. The self-drilling No.3 point allows for fast installation without pre-drilling, while the hex head provides strong drive and consistent fixing.
In addition, the split thread improves grip into steel and helps deliver a secure fixing across cladding and panel systems. Each screw is supplied with an EPDM washer, which creates a tight seal against the panel surface to reduce the risk of water ingress.
Furthermore, the exterior coating provides reliable corrosion resistance, making these screws suitable for general external applications such as cladding, roofing, and industrial buildings. With a corrosion rating of 3, they are suited to urban and industrial environments with low salt exposure.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
