Description
These Timco exterior self drilling screws with EPDM washer fix roofing sheets to light section steel up to 5.0mm. The self-drilling No.3 point cuts through steel quickly, so you do not need to pre-drill.
At the same time, the 60° self-tapping thread forms a strong and reliable fixing. In addition, the hex head design improves drive control and reduces slippage during installation.
The EPDM washer compresses as you tighten the screw. As a result, it creates a watertight seal that helps prevent water ingress. Therefore, these screws are ideal for roofing and cladding applications.
The exterior coating provides long-lasting corrosion resistance. It also withstands over 500 hours salt-spray testing. Because of this, the screws perform well in urban and industrial environments with low salt exposure.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
