Description
Timco 6.0 x 60mm timber screws provide a strong and efficient alternative to traditional coach screws. Designed primarily for timber-to-timber fixing, they combine high pull-out resistance with fast installation and excellent clamping performance.
The hex head makes the screws easy to drive using a suitable socket or impact driver. An integrated fixed washer spreads the load across the timber surface and helps pull adjoining timbers firmly together.
Timco uses a 50° deep single thread to create a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. The helix shank helps remove debris as the screw enters the timber. This also improves clamping during installation.
A single slash point helps reduce driving torque and lowers the risk of splitting the timber at low edge distances. The sharp 25° point and single lead help the screw start quickly and improve thread acceptance.
For added protection outdoors, Timco applies its patented multi-layer silver organic coating. This provides up to 1,000 hours of salt spray resistance, making these screws a durable choice for external timber applications.
