Description
Brass Countersunk Woodscrews are traditional solid brass slotted woodscrews designed for applications where both appearance and corrosion resistance are important. The polished brass finish provides a classic look, making them ideal for visible fixings in decorative and period-style joinery.
The countersunk head allows the screw to sit flush with the timber surface, giving a neat and unobtrusive finish. These screws are suitable for use in softwood and in hardwood where appropriate pilot holes are drilled to reduce the risk of splitting and to assist clean installation.
Manufactured from solid brass, these woodscrews offer excellent resistance to corrosion and are suitable for use in industrial and coastal environments with an aggressive salt atmosphere. They are a practical choice where standard steel or plated fixings may not provide adequate durability or the desired appearance.
All sizes up to and including 30mm are fully threaded, while 32mm and above are partially threaded, making longer screws suitable where draw-up between the materials being fixed is required.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements.
