Description
The Timco Wafer Head Timber Screws – Exterior Green 8.0 x 350mm (Pack of 4) are a strong alternative to traditional coach screws. They are mainly used for timber-to-timber applications, giving you a secure fixing with a neat, low-profile finish.
The wafer head design improves clamping and sits flush for a professional result. With a TX40 recess, the screws give positive drive control and reduce cam-out. This makes installation faster and more reliable.
A patented multi-layer exterior plating protects each screw against corrosion. It withstands 1,000 hours of salt spray testing in line with BS EN 9227:2012. As a result, these screws are ideal for outdoor use in tough conditions.
Several features improve performance further. The helix shank clears debris and boosts clamping. The 50° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. In addition, a single slash point lowers torque and reduces timber splitting, even at low edge distances. Finally, the 25° sharp point ensures a fast start and clean thread acceptance.
Supplied in a pack of 4, these screws are perfect for heavy-duty timber projects that demand durability, strength, and rust protection.
