Description
Twin-Thread Zinc Countersunk Wood Screws are a traditional twin-thread woodscrew designed for fast installation in soft timber and man-made boards. They can also be used for masonry fixing when installed with a suitable plastic wall plug.
The Pozi drive provides positive engagement during installation, while the double countersunk head assists smooth, flush countersinking and helps reduce the likelihood of head shear.
- Double countersunk head to assist clean countersinking and reduce head shear
- Partially threaded from 32mm and above
- Made from C10-18 steel to ensure consistent quality
- 60° twin-threads with parallel shank for faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance
- Surface hardened to help prevent torque shearing under load and core hardened for improved ductility
- 25° sharp point and single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
