Description
Timco Velocity woodscrews are premium multi-use fixings engineered for rapid installation and exceptional holding strength across a wide range of materials. Designed using advanced manufacturing technology, Velocity screws deliver consistent drive performance, controlled clamping and reliable results on demanding trade applications.
A dual-angle thread provides superior pull-out resistance, while the rapid drive twist-cut thread enhances drive speed and reduces resistance during installation. From 40mm and above, the partially threaded shank helps prevent timber jacking and improves clamping between materials.
A slash point tip (from 25mm) helps reduce splitting when fixing close to edges and lowers driving torque. The double countersunk head with ribs improves countersinking, delivering a clean, flush finish while helping to minimise surface damage.
Velocity woodscrews are suitable for use in timber, chipboard, MDF, man-made boards, thin metal and plastic, making them an ideal choice where versatility, speed and finish are critical.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements.
