Description
Ziel-Plast 110mm Insulation Fixing Washers are designed for the mechanical installation of thermal insulation materials, especially heavy mineral wool, where firm hold and resistance to displacement are essential. These robust washers provide a large contact surface, ensuring proper adhesion and protection against board movement.
The snap system design enables fast and reliable fitting with Ziel-Plast FIX-PA insulation fixings, saving time during installation. Manufactured from advanced technical plastic reinforced with glass fibre, the washers deliver increased impact resistance, making them ideal for demanding EWI applications.
Suitable for both professional contractors and large-scale insulation projects, these washers are a dependable solution for securely fixing external wall insulation.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements.
