About Zinc Penny Repair Washers

Zinc penny repair washers are designed with a large outer diameter to spread the clamping load of a fixing over a wider surface area. This helps prevent pull-through and provides additional support when fixing into softer materials such as timber, sheet metal and plastics.

Manufactured to DIN 9054 specification, these washers are zinc plated (CR3) and passivated to provide light corrosion resistance. This makes them suitable for use in clean, dry environments and general internal applications.
