Straight collation is the most common format for second fix nailers, offering stable feeding and consistent driving in trim and joinery work.

16 Gauge vs 18 Gauge

Both gauges are available within this range:

• 16 Gauge – Increased holding strength for heavier trim and door linings
• 18 Gauge – Finer fixing for lighter mouldings and delicate finish work

Select the gauge based on the weight of the material and required holding power.

Available Materials

• Galvanised – Suitable for internal and sheltered applications
• A2 Stainless Steel – General corrosion resistance for damp or external conditions
• A4 Stainless Steel – Higher corrosion resistance for coastal, exposed or hardwood environments

Stainless steel must be used where the base material has inherent corrosive properties, such as green oak or cedar.
