Description
Heavy duty self drilling screws 32mm exterior are designed for fast and secure fixing into heavy section steel without pre-drilling. The No.5 drill point cuts through steel up to 12mm, so installation stays quick and efficient on site.
In addition, the fully threaded design provides consistent grip along the entire length of the screw. This helps improve holding strength, especially when fixing thinner materials or sheet metal. The metric thread with V flutes and torque-reducing slash also reduces resistance, so the screw drives smoothly and stays controlled during installation.
These heavy duty self drilling screws 32mm exterior do not include a washer, so they suit applications where sealing is not required. However, they still perform well in external environments. The exterior silver organic coating protects against corrosion and delivers reliable performance in urban and industrial conditions.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
