Description
Heavy section self drilling screws 100mm provide a fast and reliable fixing into steel without pre-drilling. The No.5 drill point cuts through steel up to 12mm, so installation stays quick and efficient on site.
In addition, the partially threaded design improves clamping performance. The metric thread with V flutes and torque-reducing slash helps drive the screw smoothly while reducing resistance. As a result, you get a tighter and more controlled fixing into heavy section steel.
Each screw also includes an EPDM washer. This forms a watertight seal at the fixing point, which makes these screws suitable for roofing, cladding, and other external applications. The exterior silver organic coating further protects against corrosion and performs well in urban and industrial environments.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and any applicable return instructions or authorisation requirements.
