Description
The Timloc 1143 Grey Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm is designed to ventilate cavity walls and safely discharge moisture. It’s perfect for use above lintels, within cavity trays, or at DPC level in brick or block construction.
Made from UV-stabilised polypropylene, this grey version blends seamlessly into modern masonry or mortar tones for a clean, professional look. The vent includes a built-in grille to prevent large insects or debris from entering the cavity, helping to maintain airflow and prevent blockages.
The 1143 vent meets NHBC requirements and relevant British Standards, and is quick to install with excellent resistance to mortar blockage. It’s also compatible with the Timloc 1144 extension for deeper cavity installations.
