Description
The Timloc 1143 Terracotta Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm offers a reliable and visually subtle way to ventilate cavity walls and allow moisture to escape. Commonly used above external wall lintels, in cavity trays, or at DPC level, this vent helps reduce condensation and prevent damp.
Made from UV-stabilised polypropylene, the terracotta finish blends neatly with red or terracotta-toned brickwork for a more seamless look. It includes an integrated grille that prevents debris and insects from blocking airflow into the cavity.
Fully compliant with NHBC standards and British building regulations, the Timloc 1143 vent is easy to install and designed to resist mortar blockage. For deeper cavities, pair with the Timloc 1144 extension to achieve a longer reach.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
