Description
The Timloc 1143 Clear Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm is a low-visibility solution for ventilating and draining cavity walls. Commonly used above lintels, in cavity trays or at DPC level, this vent allows water to escape while promoting air circulation within the cavity.
Made from UV-stabilised polypropylene, this clear version is perfect for projects where you want the vent to blend into surrounding mortar or brickwork. The built-in grille prevents entry of insects and debris, helping maintain ventilation performance.
Compliant with NHBC requirements and British Standards, the 1143 vent is quick to fit, durable, and resistant to mortar blockage during installation. For deep cavities, pair it with the Timloc 1144 extension to extend the reach by 50mm.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
