Description
The Timloc 1143 Brown Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm is a robust and discreet solution for cavity wall drainage and ventilation. Ideal for use above lintels, at DPC level, or within cavity tray systems, this vent allows moisture to escape while maintaining airflow in the cavity.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, the 1143 vent is built for long-term performance. It features an integrated front grille to block large insects and debris, ensuring uninterrupted ventilation. The brown colour blends perfectly with standard brickwork for a clean and unobtrusive finish.
Compliant with NHBC guidelines and British Standards, this vent is quick to install and resistant to mortar blockage. For deeper cavity applications, pair it with the Timloc 1144 extension to extend reach by an additional 50mm.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
