Description
The Timloc 1143 Buff Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm provides effective cavity drainage and ventilation for masonry walls. Designed for use above lintels, within cavity trays, or at DPC level, it allows water to escape while maintaining airflow to prevent damp and condensation build-up.
Made from durable, UV-stabilised polypropylene, the buff-coloured vent is ideal for matching lighter bricks or mortar. The integral front grille prevents the entry of large insects and debris, ensuring unobstructed ventilation in the cavity wall.
Fully compliant with NHBC standards, the 1143 is quick to install and resistant to mortar blockage during construction. For use in deeper cavities, pair with the Timloc 1144 extension for an additional 50mm of reach.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
