Description
The Timloc 1143 Black Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm is a trusted solution for moisture control and ventilation in cavity wall construction. Designed to prevent water build-up and promote airflow, this vent is ideal for use above external lintels, within cavity tray systems, and at ground floor level.
Manufactured from durable, UV-stabilised polypropylene, the 1143 vent features an integral front grille that prevents large insects and debris from entering the cavity. Its compact size and colour-matched finish ensure a discrete installation that blends seamlessly into darker brickwork or mortar joints.
Suitable for both new builds and remedial works, the Timloc 1143 vent is fully compliant with NHBC requirements and relevant British Standards. It’s quick to install and designed to resist blockage from mortar during bricklaying.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
