Description
The Timloc 1143 White Cavity Wall Weep Vent – 65 x 10 x 100mm is a smart solution for ventilating cavity walls and safely discharging moisture. It’s suitable for use above windows and doors, within cavity trays, or at DPC level to meet building regulations and reduce the risk of damp and condensation.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, the white version offers a clean finish that blends well with light-coloured mortar or bricks. The integral grille prevents insects and debris from entering the cavity, maintaining airflow and preventing blockages.
NHBC compliant and easy to install, the 1143 vent is designed for reliable long-term use and minimal maintenance. It can also be extended with the Timloc 1144 extension for use in thicker or stepped cavities.

Delivery & Returns
All orders to the UK mainland are free of charge over £85 inc VAT. Orders under £85 inc VAT are charged at £9.95. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically taking 1–2 working days.
Some products have a longer delivery lead time, such as 3–4 working days. Where this applies, the expected delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Orders may be dispatched from more than one location and items within the same order may therefore arrive separately. Please see our full Delivery & Returns Policy for further information.
Returns: Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or appears to be faulty. Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery issues with our couriers and suppliers, but does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumer change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us. Some products, including ladders, long-length building materials and other oversized goods, cannot normally be returned using standard postal services. For large, heavy or oversized goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we estimate that return carriage may cost up to £75 (including VAT) within the UK mainland. The actual cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, the collection location and the carrier or return service used.
